Welcome to Meg’s Artistry! I’m Megan, a multidisciplinary artist and professional tattooist based in Alberta, Canada. My Artistic career began as a receptionist at a tattoo studio, where my passion for art quickly led me to a tattoo apprenticeship. In 2019, I officially graduated from my apprenticeship, becoming a licensed tattoo artist—and I’ve been creating art on skin ever since.

While tattooing remains a key part of my artistic expression, my heart has always belonged to painting. I work primarily with textured 3D acrylics, creating bold, vibrant pieces inspired by nature, emotion, and the subconscious. My process is intuitive, allowing each artwork to emerge organically, driven by feeling rather than rigid plans. My work celebrates the multidimensional nature of people and the healing power of self-expression.

I’ve had the honor of showcasing my paintings at exhibitions such as RAW Canada (twice) and Art From the Unknown, where I was selected as one of Alberta’s top 100 artists. In 2024, I held my first solo exhibition, Timeless Blooms, featuring 13 original acrylic paintings.

Beyond gallery walls, I participate in local markets across Alberta—from Saint Paul to Edmonton—where I sell original art, prints, and products featuring my designs. At the heart of Meg’s Artistry is the belief that true art comes from the soul. Whether it’s through tattoos, paintings, or handmade products, my goal is to create work that resonates deeply, connecting with others on an emotional level.
